BOMA QUÉBEC presents

'LE MONTRÉAL DU FUTUR'

in collaboration with

De Grandpré Chait Lawyers and Bell

From March 31 to April 4, 2006, BOMA QUÉBEC (Building Owners and Managers Association) is pleased to present ‘LE MONTRÉAL DU FUTUR’, a unique event showcasing commercial, residential and institutional real estate projects that will shape Metropolitan Montreal’s landscape over the next 20 years.

This event will gather several key business clienteles who contribute to the future development of Montreal, as well as the media and the public.  This major event will feature a wide range of scale models from various promoters and organizations, including the City of Montreal’s urban planning department.  It is a highly interesting event that will give exhibitors and partners the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership in contributing to the development of the Montreal area.

Scale models, drawings and plans will thus be grouped for the very first time on the Parquet of CDP Capital Centre (1000, place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, located in Montreal’s Quartier International), recipient of several architectural awards.

At an official launch cocktail to take place on Thursday, March 30, the real estate industry and the business community will be invited to inaugurate the show, in the presence of dignitaries such as Mr. Benoît Labonté, the new Ville-Marie Borough Mayor.  This very special evening presented by BOMA Québec will attract hundreds of special guests committed to Montreal’s urban and economic development.

To purchase tickets (limited quantity) at the cost of $100 each ($150 for the VIP section), please contact Teresa Carvalho at BOMA Québec: tcarvalho@affaires.com  tel. (514) 282-3826 ext. 2008.

Public access to the show will remain free during the entire event, until April 4 inclusively.  Thousands of visitors are expected.  The show will be open:

Friday, March 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
